NAMI Wisconsin’s Annual Conference is a two-day event for leaders in the mental health world. This year’s conference will be held May 5-6, 2017 in Madison, Wisconsin at the Sheraton Madison Hotel.
The purpose of the Annual Conference is bring over 400 mental health advocates together to spotlight issues relevant to mental health and wellness. Additionally, NAMI Wisconsin uses the conference as a way to celebrate the many successful statewide efforts that end the stigma around mental illness.
The conference theme, Together We Define Tomorrow, will focus on community collaboration for change. Conference attendees will gain useful advocacy tools that they can bring back to their local communities. The event will once again host a large variety of audiences- including mental health providers, leaders, social workers, clinicians, government officials, criminal justice partners, consumers, and family members. This is a unique opportunity for all individuals to connect with one another under one common roof.
